Workshop Fees
Unless otherwise indicated, all workshops are priced as listed below. Multi-day workshops are priced per day.

Registration and Waitlisting
- Deadline for registration is two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled workshop date.
- Initially registration is limited to two people per member institution. Additional staff can be placed on a waiting list and will be added as space permits two weeks prior to the scheduled workshop date.
- Non-members and students are immediately placed on the waiting list and added as space permits two weeks prior to the scheduled workshop date.
- NEFLIN encourages libraries to make use of the waiting list.
- Group registrations can be sent to register@neflin.org. (Contact Patty for more information on group registrations.)
- NEFLIN may cancel workshops if a minimum number of participants have not registered two weeks prior to the date of the workshop. Registered participants will be notified of a canceled workshop.
Confirmations and Cancellations
- Confirmations are sent electronically two weeks prior to the workshop. If you have not received a confirmation email, contact NEFLIN.
- Cancellations must be made no later than 9:00am two business days prior to the workshop to avoid a no-show penalty. (Example: For a workshop held on Friday cancellations must be received by 9:00am on the preceding Wednesday.)
- Cancellations are only accepted via email sent to register@neflin.org or by calling NEFLIN at 904-278-5620.
- Waiting lists exist for many workshops. If you have registered for a workshop and cannot attend, please notify NEFLIN as soon as possible.
- No-show penalties are charged to attendees who do not attend a workshop or who cancel after 9:00am two business days prior to the workshop. To avoid the penalty, libraries may send a substitute for the person who is unable to attend.
No-show Penalties
- No-show penalties are charged for all workshops, including Virtual Training and those that are free to attend.
- Libraries will be invoiced for no-shows at the standard rate for the workshop.
- The institution is responsible for payment if NEFLIN has not been notified by 9:00am at least two business days prior to the session.
- No-shows for free workshops will be invoiced at the standard rate for the type of workshop; Enhanced Members will be charged the standard Full Member rate.
- No-show policies and fees apply for Virtual Training classes. If you have technical difficulties you must notify NEFLIN at the start of the online class, otherwise it will count as a no-show if you do not log into the class.
- Each NEFLIN member library, regardless of membership level, will be allowed two (2) courtesy no-shows per fiscal year.
Payment
- Credit cards are accepted via the secure online registration site only.
- There is a non-refundable service fee for paying with a credit card.
- Checks or money orders made payable to NEFLIN, Inc. can be mailed or delivered to the NEFLIN offices in Orange Park.
- Invoices will be sent to the library following the workshop for attendees who do not pay in advance.
Local Arrangements
- Limited snacks and beverages are available during breaks.
- Lunch is not provided unless noted. A list of nearby restaurants is available.
- The temperature at most training locations can be unpredictable. We encourage you to bring a sweater.
- Upon request to certificate@neflin.org, certificates of attendance can be emailed following the completion of the workshop.
